A ServerHub agent is a standalone free account that is eligible to receive jobs from any agency who pays for a ServeManager subscription. ServerHub agents are not tied to a specific agency and can receive work from any agency in their service area. ServerHub agents join a pool of servers for agencies to choose from. They must complete credentials (background check, insurance, etc.) to be eligible to receive jobs.
A free process server account is a process server that is invited to join ServeManager by an agency as that agency's contractor. A free process server can upgrade to a ServerHub agent account but must still complete the credentials and verification process.
Both accounts cannot create their own jobs and do not have access to all the features available in a paid ServeManager subscription.
